Abstract

The NABUCCO treatment regimens for cohort 1, 2A and 2B. Cohort 1 was the initial cohort. Later in time, cohort 2 was initiated, in which patients were randomized to cohort 2A (ipilimumab-high) or cohort 2B (ipilimumab-low). Before treatment initiation, tumor tissue was obtained during a transurethral resection of the tumor (lower tract tumors) or via a biopsy (upper tract tumors).
