Case report reveals transformation to high grade sarcoma from dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans, indicating potential for aggressive disease.
Dermatobrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an intermediate grade soft tissue neoplasm. It has the potential of reccurence.
