Cooperative Entrepreneurship Counseling for Cooperatives and MSMEs in Supporting Sustainable Economics

One strategy to overcome the challenges of MSMEs in Indonesia is to increase the capacity of human resources of Cooperatives and MSMEs through counseling. The role of cooperative entrepreneurs is very necessary because it contributes to the success of economic development both in general and sustainable economy. For this reason, counseling on cooperative entrepreneurship and MSMEs is held. The aim is to improve the quality of human resources through knowledge and understanding of cooperative entrepreneurship and cooperative entrepreneurial skills in supporting sustainable economy. The methodology used in community service activities in the form of counseling is the service learning approach. While the implementation method is preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity are shown by the average results of the pretest and posttest of cooperative entrepreneurial characteristics of 28.5%.
