Import substitution in the digital technology segment

The article examines the role of import substitution as a significant factor in Russia's development during the period of digital transformation. Special attention is paid to legislative measures in this area, government support for the IT industry, and the development of the IT product market. The paper summarizes promising areas of import substitution and provides recommendations for developing an effective strategy for the development of domestic digital technologies, taking into account industry-specific features and international experience.
