We demonstrate cavity-enhanced third-harmonic generation in a diamond photonic crystal cavity. We further show non-volatile blue-shifting of the cavity resonance, by Δ ω 2 π =20.9GHz which exceeds the cavity linewidth, attributed to photorefractive effects.
