Abstract

We present an O-band QD LC-DFB laser with an output power of 44 mW at 40°C. The device demonstrates stable single-mode operation across a current range of 120 mA to 350 mA, achieving a maximum SMSR of 53 dB and a RIN of -158 dB/Hz at 15 GHz.
