The article examines the role of diversifica-tion strategy as a key element of anti-crisis management in hotel enterprises. The au-thors analyze the features of anti-crisis management in the field of collective ac-commodation facilities, consider various types of diversification strategies and offer their expanded interpretation. Particular attention is paid to the nature of complex, reverse, progressive diversification in the context of crisis phenomena. Based on the conducted research, a conclusion is made that diversification allows hotel enterprises to minimize risks, increase profits and adapt to changing market conditions.
