Analysis reveals effective power generation and steam utilization in a chemical plant, suggesting enhanced energy conservation and emission reduction.
A large amount of waste heat resources will be produced in the process of chemical plant production, such as high-temperature flue gas, hot water and steam. Recycling these low-grade resources has always been the goal of the chemical industry in the direction of energy conservation and emission reduction. In the engineering practice of a synthetic ammonia project in Anhui Province, in order to fully recover the energy of high-pressure saturated steam produced by the semi-waste boiler gasifier, a set of back-pressure steam turbine generator sets was newly built to generate electricity, and the steam back pressure was directly used in the plant. The pipe network is used for the process devices. This process technology has sound energy-saving and environmental protection effects and has produced good economic benefits.
