Observational analysis reveals the importance of green transformational leadership in promoting innovation and enhancing environmental performance in small hotel businesses.
Small hotel businesses make up the majority of the global lodging market. However, little research has been done on the connection between human resource management (HRM), innovation, and success in these businesses. The Resource-Based Approach and the Ability-Motivation-Opportunity theory explore the connections between environmental performance (EP), green innovation (GI), green HRM (GHRM) and green transformational leadership (GTL). This manuscript presents a novel approach to the intricate interplay between GTL, innovation, and EP within the realm of GHRM. The proposed method in this work is the Component-Aware Capsule Graph Neural Network (CAGNN). This study examines how GTL impacts GI and, in turn, improves EP using CAGNN. The proposed method gathered information from 309 manufacturing companies to discuss how GTL affected GHRM procedures. The results demonstrate that GTL is crucial to enhancing EP and promoting GI.
