This analysis reveals the impact of temperature-deformation on dynamic recrystallization in austenitic steel, suggesting insights for manufacturing processes.
The influence of temperature-deformation parameters on the structure formation and development of dynamic recrystallization of austenitic corrosion-resistant steel during high-temperature thermomechanical processing has been studied. An analysis of the stress-strain state in the manufacture of a corner-type product was carried out. Technological diagrams of dynamic recrystallization were constructed and an assessment of distribution of the recrystallized structure over the product cross section was carried out. A finite element model was developed to evaluate the dynamic recrystallization of shaped rolled products of steel 08Kh18N10T.
