The technological possibilities for the development of casting long turbine blades with a single-crystal structure with an axial orientation <001>, made of a heat-resistant alloy of low density have been investigated. The principles of designing starting cavities for the single-crystal casting of blades were examined. The obtained designs of model blocks of long blades with selected parameters of casting a heat-resistant alloy on an industrial installation for oriented crystallization of the UVNK type, equipped with an automated control system for the casting process (G = 60-80 ° / cm), allow one to produce blades with the single-crystal structure along the entire height. The basic physical-mechanical properties of an alloy with the crystallographic orientation (CGO) <001> are given. The study results of the microstructure characteristics of a heat-resistant nickel alloy of single-crystal casts of long blades in the cast state are presented, namely the quantitative analysis results of the microstructure, data on the structural-phase characteristics of material of single-crystal blades after casting and data obtained by electron probe microanalysis.
