Human Resource Audit in Banking Sector: A Descriptive Study

In today’s corporate world most of the organisations are given importance on the area of human resource management & automatically human resource audit catch the maximum attention of such management team. This article is basically a descriptive study, which mainly focuses on the clearing the concept of Human Resource Audit with analyzing the need of HRA in the banking sector. Some direct primary data collection procedure is also mentioned here with little discussion about the impact of HRA in the banking sector. Nothing data analysis is shown in this article and in a near future by doing so this is possible to enhance the scope of this article.
