This analysis develops a professionogram to define key professional qualities for teachers, indicating its role in pedagogical education.
The intensive development of pedagogical education, the diversity of emerging alternative programs for organizing the learning process, and the radical change in the requirements for the teaching process raise the problem of a qualitative change in the personality of the teacher and their role in the educational process. In accordance with this goal, a model-professionogram is built, representing a sample in the profession, according to which the formation of future teachers can be carried out. The necessity to create a professionogram of a modern teacher is dictated by the demands of society for the teaching profession, transformations that are reflected in the change of criteria for the professional activity of a teacher. In the professionography, various types of professionograms are distinguished, which can occur both in the process of familiarization with professional activity and in the activities of teachers with extensive work experience (organizational, orienting and prognostic, constructive, methodological, diagnostic). Based on the qualification standard 6 "Pedagogy of Primary Education" in Moldova, a system of professionally significant qualities is regulated, which in the process of formation and development will be relevant in the profession of a primary school teacher.
