We report the draft genome of a multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strain, MBBL25_3BM, isolated from buffalo milk with clinical mastitis. The 2.72 Mbp genome, assembled into 57 contigs, underscores its pathogenic potential and poses a significant threat to mastitis management.
