We develop and implement a novel zoning optimization framework for Ninja Van, a major last-mile logistics provider in Southeast Asia. The framework integrates weighted Voronoi partitioning with vehicle routing under uncertain demand and varying vehicle capacities. Deployment of the system led to measurable gains in efficiency and equity, reducing delivery times and improving workload balance across stations.
