Key ERP system features such handling accounts payable, receivables, cash flow, and credit operations are highlighted in the study. It looks at how ERP systems, which automate repetitive processes and offer real-time information, enhance financial accuracy, transparency, and decision-making. The report lists several difficulties encountered while implementing ERP, such as large upfront expenses, the need for IT infrastructure, and staff adjustment. In order to guarantee successful ERP usage, it also examines the implementation of ERP systems in Azerbaijani businesses, highlighting the significance of cybersecurity precautions, staff training, and public-private cooperation. The results highlight how ERP systems have a revolutionary effect on financial operations, especially when it comes to improving cash flow monitoring and credit management.
