Supplementary Figure S5. A and C, Human PBMC were mixed with NCI-H929 cells at effect to target ratio (E:T) of 10:1. Series diluted antibodies were incubated with cells for 24 hours. Cell lysis percentages were measured and plotted against antibodies concentrations. B and D, Supernatants from the cocultured killing assay were collected and quantified for human cytokines. Concentrations of each cytokine were plotted against antibodies concentrations.
