CD3med FIT-Ig showed comparable killing and less cytokine release compared to teclistamab analogue. A, Human PBMC were mixed with NCI-H929 cells at effect to target ratio (E:T) of 10:1. Series diluted antibodies were incubated with cells for 24 hours. Cell lysis percentages were measured and plotted against antibodies concentrations. B, Supernatants from the cocultured killing assay were collected and quantified for human cytokines. Concentrations of each cytokine were plotted against antibodies concentrations.
