Supplementary Figure S3. Expression of MRC1 and ARG1 mRNAs in U937 cells or THP-1 cells cocultured with PANC-1 cells was inhibited by IL-4 neutralization. A, U937, and B, THP-1 cells were cocultured with PANC-1 cells and simultaneously treated with IL-4 neutralizing antibodies. After 72 h of incubation, U937 and THP-1 cells were collected for RT-qPCR to measure MRC1, ARG1, and CYBB gene expression.
