This article explores the ethical relationship between teacher professional ethics and educational quality assurance. Firstly, it is pointed out that in the ever-changing educational environment of contemporary times, this research has urgency and importance. Then, the ethical connotations of teacher professional ethics were elaborated, including definitions, categories, principles, and values. It also explores the ethical considerations of teachers in the mechanism of ensuring educational quality, including ethical factors in recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance evaluation, and analyzes them through successful and failed cases. Finally, draw research conclusions, summarize the relationship and research results between the two, and propose suggestions and promotion strategies for schools, teachers, and management departments in educational practice.
