Discussions about how technological developments affect the skills required for work have a long history. However, in the context of digitalisation, especially in the light of the concept of Industry 4.0, these discussions take on a new urgency. The aim of this article is to identify the necessary relevant skills for successful adaptation to digital industrialisation. Having studied the works of domestic and foreign researchers, modern cognitive requirements for employees of the industrial sector were identified.
