51219 Lebrikizumab Monotherapy Maintained Improvement of Itch and Sleep-Loss Due to Itch After Two Years in Patients with Moderate-to-Severe Atopic Dermatitis

Introduction: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic disease with itch and sleep-loss due to itch as key symptoms, which requires long-term treatment and sustained response. We describe the impact of lebrikizumab on itch and sleep-loss due to itch at 104-weeks in a long-term extension study, ADjoin (NCT04392154).
