This research aims to determine the level of income, promotion and service quality. and what is the impact on customers' decisions in choosing savings products (savings, deposits, current accounts) at Bank Syariah Indonesia. This research used 80 respondents who had become BSI customers and had BSI Savings Products in the Pandaan District Community. The method in this research is descriptive associative using a quantitative approach, with data collection carried out using questionnaires as the primary data source. This research analyzes data using the multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that the Income Level variable has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on customer decisions. And Variables Quality Service influential positive and significant to decision customers.
