In the clinical management section, Soewandi Husada records patients and records them using a notebook, as for example in the registration, payment and patient medical record systems. This causes difficulties for officers in finding data, which ultimately slows down administrative services for patients. The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency of work processes in clinics, thereby reducing the workload for clinic employees and doctors, and speeding up the overall work process. Therefore, in this research, a clinical management information system was created to ensure that medical data management takes place quickly and accurately. This system development method includes creating diagrams such as use case diagrams, data flow diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams as part of the system design stage.
