In the article several problems of involvement of high-tech law into investigation of criminal cases, in particular into methods of investigating crimes, that are being committed in ecological sphere are described. The author analyzes both the value of smart technologies and influence of high-tech law on the effective use of forensic modeling method and emphasizes the vital importance of high technologies’ integration in forensic science in its current stage of development. It is also made a conclusion about a great value of the use of smart and high technologies during verification of evidence on the crime scene and investigatory experiment while investigating ecological crimes.
