This article examines the implemetation of the Al-Qur'an tahfidz program at the Salaf Islamic boarding school, namely the As-Sa'adah Jatirogo Tuban Islamic boarding school. Includes planning, implementation, evaluation, and inhibiting factors in the management of the tahfidz program at the as-Sa'adah Islamic boarding school. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques are participatory observation and interviews. Implemetation planning at this Islamic boarding school is carried out using the boarding year system and the takhassus al-Qur'an program. In implementation, the methods used are murajaah, sorogan, talaqqi, sima'an and jami'. Evaluations at the as-Sa'adah Islamic boarding school are carried out every six months. The inhibiting factors in implementing this program are lack of parental support, lack of competent teachers, lack of time to implement tahfidz, and lack of ability to manage time.
