The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance initiative for Very Poor Families (RTSM) which started in 2007 with the Conditional Cash Transfers (CCT) model. This research analyzes the implementation of PKH in Gempol Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency and community attitudes towards the program. Using a qualitative approach through interviews, observation and documentation, it was found that the implementation of PKH faced obstacles, especially in disbursing funds due to the banking system and the community's lack of understanding regarding the DTKS requirements. Management of PKH funds by KPM faces financial challenges, while program effectiveness is influenced by the knowledge and skills of officers as well as access and use of accurate information. Compliance with PKH rules and intensive support from stakeholders is essential for the effectiveness of the program, with clear roles for each unit and good coordination and use of technology such as the SIKS-NG application.
