Political Communication Strategy of Golkar Sidoarjo DPD in the Campaign "SMART INDONESIA PROGRAM distributes PIP scholarships" 2023

This study aims to analyze the Political Communication Strategy of DPD Golkar Sidoarjo in the 2023 campaign 'Smart Indonesia Program Distributing PIP Scholarships.' The informants in this study are Yhuki Adam, a member of the PIP committee, and Faris Ahmad Nasrullah, a PIP scholarship recipient. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, and the results show that DPD Golkar effectively utilized internal and external communication channels with clear and persuasive messaging. Additionally, the PIP program has proven to be very beneficial for the community, especially low-income families, while also increasing Golkar's electoral support through socialization campaigns and collaboration with the media to enhance the visibility and transparency of the program..
