Analysis of Organizational Communication Strategy in Overcoming the Generation Gap in Golkar Sidoarjo DPD Staff

This study aims to analyze how organizational communication strategies address generational gaps among the staff at DPD Golkar Sidoarjo. The research subject is the organizational communication strategy, and the research object is the staff of DPD Golkar Sidoarjo. This research employs a qualitative method with data collection techniques including interviews and non-participant observations. The findings indicate that communication strategies involving clear instructions and feedback mechanisms are effective in reducing generational gaps. Additionally, communication that strengthens personal relationships and teamwork plays a crucial role in creating a positive and productive work environment. Overall, this study highlights the importance of using communication approaches that align with the characteristics of different generations to enhance organizational cohesion and performance.
