Analysis of School Principals to Improving The Learning Quality in SD/MI Kediri Regency

The aim of this research is First, to find out the principal's strategy to improving the learning quality in SD/MI. Second, knowing the achievement results from the strategies that used by school principals to improve the learning quality in SD/MI. Third, to know the problem that faced by school principals to improve the learning quality in SD/MI. This research used descriptive research method and qualitative approach as a techniques data collection from interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted at MI Riyadhlatul Uqul Kediri. The results of this research are the strategies that used/implemented by the Principal of Mi Riyadhlatul Uqul to improving the learning quality by conducting regular supervision in order to find out the shortcomings/weaknesses of teachers in the teaching and learning process, the principal implementing teacher capability development by taking part in seminars, training, educational training and also work activities.
