Development of material from the reuse of disposable plastic bags

In just a few years, plastic has gone from a product that represented modernity to one of the world's biggest environmental problems, according to the UN in 2018. With this problem in mind, the article aims to develop a surface manufactured from the reuse of disposable plastic bags. The methodology used was based on the stages presented in the book 'Design Thinking' by Gavin Ambrose and Paul Harris (2011). After the study, it was concluded that the material can be worked effectively when made using the technique used and contributes to the environment through its raw material, thus being able to move on to new application studies.
