The present study has been undertaken a pre -experimental study to assess the effectiveness of the structure teaching program regarding fever among the 10th standard students at Manohar Hussain inter College Uttar Pradesh. But study was credited at the rural community 30 population were selected by non -probability convenience sampling technique questionnaire administered to collect the needed data was analysed by using descriptive and inferential statics.
