The aims of this research are (1) to analyze the partial influence of competency on employee performance at BUMDES in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency; (2) partially analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance at BUMDES in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency; and (3) analyze the simultaneous influence of competency and work motivation on employee performance at BUMDES in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency.The research respondents were 50 employees of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency.The data collection technique uses a questionnaire.Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis and hypothesis testing (t test and F test).The research findings can be concluded (1) there is a partial influence of competence on the performance of BUMDES employees in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency; (2) there is a partial influence of work motivation on the performance of BUMDES employees in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency and (3) there is a simultaneous influence of competence and work motivation on the performance of BUMDES employees in Kartoharjo District, Magetan Regency.
