Most people only need some antiviral drugs such as lopinavir/ritonavir or Chinese herbal preparations for treatment. In this context, the lack of drug knowledge and inadequate drug availability are evident. This study aims to explore the factors influencing drug use and demand during the COVID-19 epidemic.
