Aim: The aim of the study was to compare and evaluate the horizontal condylar guidance in dentate patients by CBCT and different interocclusal materials. In Vivo Comparative study. Settings And Design: Materials And Methods - Twelve individuals with dentition who were between the ages of 20 and 40 were chosen, and they did not exhibit any symptoms or indications of temporomandibular joint abnormalities. Protrusive records were made for three different materials with the use of a specially designed protrusive guide. With the help of semi adjustable hanau H2 articulator horizontal condylar inclination (HCI) value were programmed using these records, and CBCT was performed. The results were statistically examined. One Way ANOVA/Krsuskal Wallis tes Statistical Analysis Used: t followed by post Hoc Analysis depending upon the normality of the data. The Shapiro–Wilk test was used to investigate the distribution of the data and Levene's test to explore the homogeneity of the variables. Among each pair of groups there exists a Results: signicant difference, i.e., the mean condylar guidance was found to be statistically signicant difference between aluwax , PVS and bisacrylate .No signicant difference was observed between CBCT and bisacylate. The values of horizontal condylar inclination varied accordin Conclusion: g to the kind of material used. The study concluded that the horizontal condylar guidance obtained by bisacrylate was statistically similar to CBCT. So, according to results clinically recommended interocclusal recording material is bisacrylate (Luxabite).
