BUMDES Strategy in Tourism Development at Tlocor Maritime Tourism

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the BUMDES Strategy in Development Tourism in Tlocor Marine Tourism, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency, to find out problems in tourism development through the role of government and managers. using a qualitative descriptive approach by conducting interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis model according to Miles and Huberman (1992) data collection techniques, reduction data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the goal implemented by BUMDES in tourism development in Tlocor Marine Tourism has been fulfilled and is running well because it has a significant impact on the community's economy, especially for the community Tlocor Hamlet. The surrounding community is very supportive and plays an active role in its existenc tourism development at Tlocor Marine Tourism. The actions taken by BUMDES and POKDARWIS as managers of Tlocor Marine Tourism have been carried out efficiently.
