This meta-analysis covers 30 different interventions, as well as 5 tests of bacteriostatic activity. The results showed that 10 mmol/L oxalic acid solution had the best inhibitory activity against Botryosphaeria dothidea. The best intervention to inhibit the increase in morbidity in kiwifruit was the sprayed by 0.1 % sodium-rich calcium + 25 % azoxystrobin SC 2000-times liquid. Applied pullulan-active-coating + 10 g/L potassium metabisulfite was the best method to inhibit the increase in lesion diameter and suppress the accumulation of soluble solids. 5 % chitosan + 1 % tea polyphenols + 1.5 % Ca(NO3)2 liquid maintains high levels of soluble solids in kiwifruit. 5 % chitosan + 1 % citric acid + 1.5 % Ca(NO3)2 liquid can effectively promote the accumulation of soluble sugar. Pre-harvest sprayed by 5 % chitosan + 1 % antibacterial peptide + 1.5 % Ca(NO3)2 liquid is the best measure to inhibit titratable acid accumulation in kiwifruit. Fumigation treatment with 0.6 µL/mL citral allowed kiwifruits to maintain high firmness. The use of pullulan-active-coating + 1 g/L potassium metabisulfite was the best treatment to inhibit fruit weight loss. These results are useful for future control of kiwifruit soft rot or postharvest storage, with a view to informing researchers in designing effective combination programs based on these results.
