The article is devoted to the study of the evolution of the digital type of organization and activity of judicial authorities in modern Russia. A broad interpretation of the concept of ‘digital justice’ is substantiated, reflecting the transformation into a digital form not only of individual procedural actions and interaction between participants in legal proceedings, but also organizational and technical support for the functioning of judicial bodies. Proceeding from this, the article analyzes, on the one hand, the domestic experience of using automated information systems that facilitate the administration of justice, and on the other hand, the prospects for the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies in judicial activity are determined, in particular, when considering requirements of an indisputable nature in the framework of writ proceedings.
