This article is devoted to the study of the signifi cance of a number of agreements and the expediency of their conclusion by participants in inheritance cases in order to formalize inheritance rights by a notary. The author concludes that it is unacceptable to arbitrarily refuse to issue a certifi cate of inheritance due to the absence of an agreement not provided for by law between the participants in the inheritance case.
