This research aims to determine the simultaneous influence of the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities on employee performance, as well as the partial influence of these factors on employee performance at the Mojoroto District Office in Kediri City. This is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of the Mojoroto District Office in Kediri City, totaling 36 people, with the sample taken being 36 respondents or the entire population. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 23. The results of this study indicate that the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities simultaneously affect employee performance with an F-test significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The T-test results indicate that the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with significance values for the work environment, green work environment, and work facilities all being less than 0.05. The multiple linear regression model in this study is Y = 6.527 + 0.085X1 + 0.451X2 + e.
