Preventive Measures of the Criminal Law That Ensure the Safety of a Person, Society or the State

The article examines the problems of criminal law impact on socially dangerous acts that are not crimes, but pose a danger to society. Currently, the current criminal legislation does not have in its arsenal sufficient means of influencing such acts. It is planned to include these measures in criminal legislation.
