Case Report A 68-year-old male was referred to Urology team for evaluation of visible hematuria . Focused history did not reveal any risk factors for associated symptoms. He underwent imaging study in the form of CT scan which evaluated Right renal agenesis with blind ending ureter with Ectopic Ureterocoele. Cystoscopy was performed which confirmed Ureterocoele without any sinister pathology in bladder. Patient’s symptoms were managed conservatively with regular follow up. Discussion It is rare to have undiagnosed Urological congenital anomalies due to antenatal check-up. Solitary Renal agenesis is common in males with more inclination towards left side.
