In order to establish a free and equal society, deriving general will is essential. In this process, the associate must totally alienate everything with all his rights to the whole community. In this regard, the legislator puts people in a condition no different from total alienation through divine power, namely superior intelligence and character. However, we cannot wait for a divine legislator to appear and give us the first law. Therefore, there is a requirement for someone who actually practices the role of a legislator. He is a master who realizes the role of a legislator through educational relationships. The reason that a free and equal life was possible in a natural state is that people lived in an immense forest with vast space and abundant resources. In this respect, the master must be able to become an immense forest itself as a being who restore and provide the immense forest. In the immense forest, everyone exercises abundant imagination and becomes an equal being who affirms and experiments with their own unique power. Those who have grown as human beings in the immense forest of masters can resist existing unequal relationships according to the voice of conscience and strive for a free and equal society.
