Hybrid tumor originating from the sheaths of peripheral nerves: Clinical case and review of the literature

The article provides a literature review describing rare benign neoplasms arising from the sheaths of peripheral nerves,localized in the mucosa of the large intestine. The article includes a description of our clinical case of a hybrid perineurioma/schwannoma identified in the sigmoid colon.
