Newer denture base resins can provide a superior fit and may be customized to the patient's characteristics, but the literature on their cleansibility remains limited. The oral cavity can be a hub for thousands of microflora. The maintenance of complete dentures by edentulous patients depends not only on the maintenance of the patient but also on the material used, biofilm adherence, and polishability.
