This study focuses on the empowerment of women through the utilization of social media. Social networking, which is arguably the most significant technical advancement of recent years, has experienced a surge in popularity across the country. Social media has rapidly emerged as a prevailing means of professional and personal communication. It is indispensable in contemporary society because it facilitates the dissemination of ideas, thoughts, and opinions. Additionally, it can be utilized to endorse businesses, organizations, and movements while being up-to-date. The main objective of this paper was to investigate the influence that social media platforms have on the empowerment of women. The study sought to assess women of a certain age in order to identify how social media impacts women's empowerment. The research was conducted with a suitable theoretical framework in mind. As part of the research, both quantitative and qualitative methodologies were employed. An online survey was exploited to gather data from 120 individuals who engage in online business using social media platforms. In addition, case studies were conducted on a sample of 10 individuals to gain a comprehensive understanding and achieve the intended outcome. Research reveals that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about substantial transformations in the contemporary condition of women's empowerment. Following the COVID pandemic, there is a swift change in the circumstances, and women have shifted from being homemakers to becoming powerful earners by leveraging social media platforms. Now that they are contributing financially, they are able to have a say in family decisions that were previously out of their hands.
