Consideration of changes in the Federal State Educational Standard for Vocational Education in relation to teacher training in a certain specialty is presented as a characteristic of their three-component structure: adaptive, selective and integrative components. At the same time, the adaptive conditions of the organization of practical training of a student are understood as the correspondence of the resources of an educational organization to the tasks of forming certain labor functions. The selective conditions of the organization of the practice of future specialists of physical culture are understood as the possibilities available to an educational organization for the selection of forms, methods, means and techniques, the application of which proves their effectiveness. The integrative conditions of the organization of practical training of students can also include the integrative component of the claimed process, which is considered as theoretical and methodological foundations that allow combining the content and structure of both inherited educational institutions designed to assimilate the changes taking place, and those institutes of specialist training that are emerging in order to adequately reflect changes in the field of vocational education. The possibilities of adapting to the new requirements of the standard are described on the basis of resource support for changes in the educational process. The adaptation of educational organizations to new requirements is possible with this approach, when the professional education of an educational organization is considered as a space for the disclosure of the student’s essential forces in his natural desire for self-development. At the same time, the updated requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Vocational Education in the specialty 49.02.01 Physical Culture provide him with such an opportunity by mastering competencies that were not previously available to him: this includes fitness, working with certain categories of the population, etc. The grounds for this kind of choice of the organization of practical training of a student is considered as a set of conditions that ensure the formation of a professional personality as a subject, capable in turn of organizing the development of a student in different types and types of educational organizations.
