State regulation of entrepreneurship plays a key role in the formation of an efficient and stable economy, contributing to the creation of conditions for the development of entrepreneurial initiative, increasing investments and ensuring the stability of social and economic development of society. From the beginning, the introduction of martial law in Ukraine caused not only significant losses in the potential for creating added value, but also contributed to significant structural changes. Many Ukrainians left the country and moved to the west of Ukraine, reducing the number of economically active population that participates in the creation of added value. The logistical collapse of the economy occurred due to the blockade of seaports, the suspension of air traffic and the suspension of road and rail traffic in the territory where hostilities are taking place. Entrepreneurship faced significant obstacles, including reduced production capacity due to lack of human and material resources, reduced demand in conflict regions, as well as the physical impossibility of doing business due to hostilities and logistical problems, resulting in the inability to sell products for export. Thus, state regulation of business activity remains a relevant and important topic, especially in the conditions of martial law, the stability of the country and its ability to solve global challenges. The state is turning to reforms and new laws to ensure support for Ukrainian enterprises.
