Resumen

The article analyzes the concept of the philosophy of legal consciousness by I. A. Ilyin, the theoretical and methodological content of which can be updated in studies of the prospects for the development of modern Russian statehood. The article also presents the main problems of legal consciousness in modern Russia and suggests possible ways to solve these problems.
