This study developed a design thinking model to guide the digital transformation of village-owned enterprises in Indonesia.A survey of Sumbersekar village enterprise managers provided insights into current technology usage, challenges, and training needs.The proposed human-centered design thinking model provides a framework for developing digital capabilities tailored to village enterprise constraints.Findings underline the importance of collaborative participatory approaches in building enterprise digital literacy and online systems.This research delivers practical tools to support village enterprises in leveraging digital technologies for growth and financial sustainability.
